Don't take pride in being able to get back to people's emails, texts and calls immediately. You're showing how unoccupied and/or needy you are for their approval. People of value are busy making something out of themselves and would interact with others on their own terms, not whenever they're called on. And no, I'm not suggesting you purposely act that way. Get busy making something out of yourself.. and you will be that way!
