I grew up hearing video games are bad. Adopted that belief as an adult. But looking back, I’ve craved them my whole life—played tons at friends’ places since I couldn’t afford my own. And honestly? No negatives Logically, they train problem-solving, hand-eye coordination, and even boost IQ. Winning at games = solving complex problems = enhanced brain The key is balance. If gaming takes over your life, it’s bad. But as a healthy component of life, video games can be a game-changer
