We live in a matriarchy If you ask someone to make a list of things that men are expected to do in society, things that, if they don’t do them, they’ll be called losers, you’ll get a long list. But if you try to make a list of things that women are expected to do in society, you’ll quickly realize there’s almost nothing you can put on that list without getting labeled a misogynist by modern “intellectuals.” The society deems it normal to have tough expectations from men. Men are supposed to protect and provide for families. Men are supposed to die in wars. Men are supposed to clean the sewers, getting inside manholes filled with cockroaches and human waste. And that’s fair. I don’t have a problem with that, because if men won’t do those jobs, who will? But have you ever thought: what should be the expectations from women to be deemed good women? I just want to leave you with this question. Either you should be able to list some expectations from women, or you have to agree that we don’t live in a patriarchy. Modern society is so women-centric that we might as well call it a matriarchy in essence.
