How do I guarantee myself a good day:
- I won't eat sugar
- I'll do 200+ squats
- I'll do 100+ pushups
- I'll train at least 2 muscles till failure
If I do any 2 of these, my day is a good day. If I do all, it's awesome
And if I don't, I have no one or nothing else to blame
