I admit that my journey into philosophy began as I was trying to understand and conquer the suffering (I was into spirituality), but now suffering is the least of my worries. In fact, if there was God I would be grateful to Him for creating suffering. For without suffering we wouldn't know what happiness felt like. Without happiness and suffering there would be no motivation to live, life would be meaningless. Man's ability to suffer, and to hope and strive for happiness is what fills meaning in the otherwise meaningless existence. Let's be grateful for the suffering.
