The Truth About Tattoos Tattoos are for seeking attention. And nothing else. If you think you are getting a tattoo for any reason other than attention, you are either fooling yourself or you are not self-aware. Now you might say, no, I am tattooing my mom and dad’s name, or my children’s name, or my boyfriend’s name, because they are important to me. But if something is important to you, you already know that in your mind and in your heart. Do you really need to ink it on your skin? You tattoo it on your body because you want to virtue signal to others It gets you what? Attention. If you did not want to show it to anybody, you would not tattoo it. Then people say, no, no, I have a tattoo around my private parts, that is for myself, not to show anybody. Come on. That is also to show someone. You know it and everyone understands it. So yes, I am against getting tattoos for such disingenuous reasons. I do not need tattoos to seek attention. If I want attention, I will enhance the body that God has given me. There are better ways to be attractive. Work on your physique. Improve your skin. Improve your body shape. If you are a man, build muscle. If you are a woman, get slender. And you will get attention. But that requires effort. It is hard. People want easy attention. And that is why they get tattoos. Women will not thanks me for this, but let me tell you, it makes you look unattractive to marriageable men. You’re welcome. See, there may be complex reasons behind why people want tattoos. But if you think deeply, all the reasons ultimately boil down to stupidity.
