As a man, you should judge another person based on whether their ideas are right or wrong, not on whether they are arrogant, humble, judgmental, or anything else. Those are emotional assessments. You want to be rational, and rationality focuses on whether something is true or false, not on how the delivery of the idea makes you feel. Focusing on tone, personality, or emotional perception is a feminine frame. Who cares whether somebody is arrogant or humble? What matters is whether what they are saying is true or not.
