If a man can be out of home at midnight then why can't a woman? Because a woman is equivalent to man with wads of dollar bills dangling out of his pockets. Both have resources of value to others, some of whom would do anything to get them. It is a fact of society. And it is not sexist to say that women should not go out at an unsafe hour and in an unsafe place.
