Many people think that being a human automatically gives them certain rights, and that they have no ethical duties/obligations to fill other than following the laws. Well, mostly that works, and that's the reason now they have come to take rights as granted. What they must think is where rights originally come from, because in Nature's state no one has any rights (therefore, there are no Natural rihgts!). What needs to be understood is that acceptence of duties is a precondition for creation of rights. Rights simply can't be without duties.
