In an ideal world there would be no businesses but 'service providers', and customer would not be king; profit would not be the motive (but social welfare) and the workers/employees would not be alienated from their work. In the world where there are business schools (so business/profit-making is a virtue), hoping for the better human condition is ridiculous.
