The religious idea that if you're born fortunate, that's because of your good deeds in the last life, and that if you are not good in this life, then you'll suffer the consequences in the next life is stupid If you cannot remember your past life, then being rewarded or punished for what you did there makes zero sense If God exists, I'm sure He's more intelligent than to design it like that
