Fuck movies and TV shows!
I'm off that junk for a few months now. Last night I started watching The Expanse because I heard a lot about it from my favorite people. But ten minutes in I started feeling like shit for wasting the time.
All entertainment consumption is a waste of time unless you are where you want to be in life.
